Company Introduction:
Since the establishment of HONGSHEN magnetic in January 1987, we have specialized in developing and manufacturing iron powder cores and high Q Carbonyl Iron and Phenolic coil form production ( Frequency is between 50kHz ~ 250MHz), provided industries worldwide with quality soft magnet cores, such as iron powder cores for EMI filter, fixed inductors and power choke, In July 1995, we opened our China factory where more than eight million pieces cores are produced and shipped to customers every month.
A wide range of choke cores, with and without wire leads are available in Carbonyl Iron and Phenolic plastic materials. Wire leads are imbedded into the core material during manufacture ensuring maximum tensile strength from lead to lead. High quality tinned copper wire leads, free of any lead (Pb) are used. A range of core end forms are available as shown.
Standard size wire gauge diameters: Lead wire gauge no: AWG: 26# 24# 23# 21# 22# 20#.
RF carbonyl-iron and phenolic coil form cores, Iron powder has been used as a core material in RF circuits for many years. It is typically used to produce high inductors from 50 kHz to 500 MHz and broadband transformers above 50 MHz. It is a preferred core material due to its stability, high"Q", frequency response, and power handling capabilities. HONGSHEN offers iron powder cores produced to narrow permeability tolerances, which results in cores with close uniformity within lots and relative uniformity from lot to lot.
Our major products are toroids for power and RF application, E and coil forms currently, we have developed various types of materials and shapes for higher frequency applications, and others with less core loss.
We also have our own precision part division uses a variety materials and a wide range process for supplying precision metal parts to achieve our products. Our team is of highly qualified and experienced engineers are dedicated to provide full support to satisfy our customers`needs. Quality is our first priority and this is firmly backed by our strong management capability, excellent sourcing capability manufacturing facilities.
